You can be confident that any report you need is available in the system. Track detailed usage and participant statistics as well as analyze community comments and interactions for insights. For example, you can download all responses to a specific question. Or download all responses by a specific participant. You can track online activity – last log in, number of visits, time spent in the community and more. And all data can be easily downloaded in a variety of formats – excel, csv, txt, pdf.
Observer/Admin Dashboard
Tab for observers which brings them to a special observer dashboard screen. Observer tab > admin can edit it from same screen> includes latest activity feeds, handpicked highlighted content from admin> all stuff has rss feeds, and daily emails> shows live list of total posts, total participants, total answers to jennys questions, total video uploads, total photos
